RETURN POLICY: We will replace at our shipping cost if any defects or damage in shipping is found. Due to the 3d printing process occasionally burs or other inconsistencies are produced. These are hand made products. Occasionally the USPS is rough with the packages, we package them well but you never know. Just message us, your satisfaction is very important to us.

First, please reach out, we may be able to help you problem solve. sometimes people struggle with how to put them together but we have some simple tips that can help. However, you may send the undamaged display back for refund at your expense for the return shipping.
