Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur

days of receipt of your payment. Arrival at your delivery location will occur
1-20 business days
from actual ship date.
- Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements.
- Only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
- Address changing must be confirmed by our customer service before payment.
- Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable.
All shipments are shipped to curbside. The delivery driver will drop the machine onto the ground, curbside, at the end of your driveway. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there.
If you want the machine delivered within your premises, there is an additional charge.
Please advise us ahead of time should you need any of these services:
1. Inside delivery:Your item will be transported from the truck to the inside of the first floor front door of your office. (Please take note that the delivery personnel will not unpack or setup the item and will not place it in a specific room)

Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility.  Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly.  Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance.
